Power BI Data Visualization Administrator | ERP | SCM | CRM

Description We are seeking a Power BI Data Visualization Administrator with a focus on ERP, SCM, and CRM in the manufacturing industry, based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This role involves the management of data visualization, analytics, and reporting, which are tailored to business processes within the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities: Oversee the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to various business processes Administer the Power BI environment, ensuring its proper configuration, governance, and security Enhance the performance of Power BI by managing data models, DAX calculations, and visualizations Automate and schedule data refreshes to provide timely reporting for manufacturing operations Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from manufacturing ERP systems, and other databases Develop and maintain ETL processes for integrating data from disparate systems Support real-time data visualization for manufacturing metrics Collaborate with departmental teams to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable reporting solutions Partner with accounting, production, quality, and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvements through data insights Train and support users in leveraging Power BI for reporting Monitor the performance of BI tools and address issues related to data quality, reporting accuracy, and system performance Continuously refine reports and dashboards to meet evolving business and operational requirements Stay informed about the latest trends in Power BI, data analytics, and manufacturing technologies. Requirements Possess a minimum of 5-tp 7 years of experience in a related role Proficient in CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and Microsoft technologies Demonstrated expertise in Business Process Functions and Business Requirement Document development Strong ability in Configuration Management Mastery in Microsoft Power BI and Power BI technologies Proven experience in creating various types of Dashboards, including Operational, Reporting, and Interactive Dashboards Experience in analyzing Business Requirements, defining requirements, and designing detailed business requirements Familiarity with External Reporting Requirements and Feature Requirements Proficient in Ad Hoc Reporting and Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) Solid background in various types of reporting, including business and data reporting Knowledge of Ad Hoc Analysis, analysis documentation, analysis planning, and various analysis techniques and tools Proficiency in creating analytic pipelines, handling analytical datasets, and using analytical instruments Excellent analytical reasoning skills and familiarity with analytical services Strong Analytical Skills, with experience in Analytics Platform and Analytics Solutions Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools and Data Extraction Experience with Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing (BI DW) Expertise in Business Insights, Business informatics, and Business Intelligence (BI) Familiarity with Business Intelligence Technologies, Enterprise Business Intelligence, and Power Business Intelligence Proficiency in SQL Server Business Intelligence, Microsoft SQL, and ETL - Extract Transform Load Experience with SSIS ETL, SSRS, and SSIS SSRS Proficiency in Data Transformation and Data Transformation Services 4 days per week on-site, 1 day per week WFH Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
